help with cd player?
i have a pioneer 3400 installed in a 80′s massey ferguson 4880 large tractor i was wondering if my cd player is bad or mabye the tractors wireing is bad it works for a little while then the sound cuts out but i still have radio function im also wondering if im not getting a good enough connection or too much voltage the altenator kicks out about 13-14 volts also the memory wire is parrallel with a raven system scs 440 sprayer control system
the player is located in an air duct i suggest you people know more about the vehicle first of course it would help to have the ac work cause it can get to about 200 degrees in the cab with out ac
It’s possible, as it works for awhile, then starts havind a brain fart, that it is overheating. If wiring permits, hook up a small 12 volt, 4” computer fan to the air inlet on CD player…….Worked for me!
