Reported by Denver Peak-Regional Airport traffic about an hour ago, a small private aircraft in distress ceased radio contact with the control tower and fell below radar frequency after reporting engine trouble and smoke in the cockpit.
Actor, Tom Sizemore was believed to have been a passenger on the flight.

He is still alive by the looks of it. Probably just more internet rumor. Theres been a lot of these going around lately in the last 2 weeks. IMDB, wiki and other sites says he still alive, nothing on the news, so just internet rumors.
