My 2002 Ford Crown Victoria is blowing the fuse No 8 from the inside fuse box, why?
Fuse No 8 is for Power Train Control Module (PMC) Power Relay, Coil-on-Plugs, Radio Noise Capacitor, Passive Anti-Theft System (PATS)
Try disconnecting your radio noise capacitors and see if problem goes away. It is only a 1 wire connector and there might be one on each head. I have seen many of these short internally causing your problem which generally causes a crank no-start concern.
