How to show/hide a text field using a radio Button ?

I have two radio buttons inside a form, inside a contact web page. Under the question if the visitor represents a company there are two radio buttons, one for “No” and the other for “Yes”, if yes is apply a want a text field to appear, so the visitor can write the name of the company.

Not my best subject, so, i’ll let someone else give a better answer, but from what i understand, you have 2 options:

1) javascript – if(radio is enabled) {show text} else {don’t show text} (i dont write java script, so, syntax may be a little off =P)

2) have the page refresh when it clicks enabled / disabled (annoying from a user stand-point)
