Astral projection and vibrations?
As I lay down and start to drift off images will appear in my mind, like a movie. I’ll just watch passively but still be 100% focused on what is going on so I don’t actually fall asleep. At some random time while watching, like last night something happens. I can feel myself laying in bed and whenever I start thinking about coming out of the body it’s as if part of me is acting like a frequency. You know when you are using the dial on a radio and the static cuts in and out as you try to get that one station, that’s what it feels like to me – I am shifting in and out of something.
There is a buzzing sensation. My heart starts pounding faster and faster and I can’t keep myself under control then I wake up. The vibrations feel like I am plugged into an electrical outlet, it is like nothing I have ever felt before…
How do I get past this?
Just keep going! The heart pounding sensation is only pronounced when you haven’t projected for a few months or years – after half a dozen attempts, it’ll be relatively subtle and you’ll barely notice it. Most of the vibration reduces with regular practice too.
It’s a bit of a slog pulling away from your body in these conditions, but looking where you’re trying to get to (rather than worrying about how to control body parts to get there) makes quite a difference. As you’re already aware of your frequency shift (AKA ‘phasing’), you may also discover some degree of control as to how far you can phase away from the physical plane. If so, aim further along the fast / runny / subtle end of the dial, as this will tune your physical body out more completely, taking the hassle factor of multi-body interference out with it.
