Nikko Radio Control Batteries
RC problems need help?
I have a NIKKO RC (remote control car) I brought from Radio Shack about three month ago and it was working just fine. I up graded the 2000 battery to a 4200 battery and it worked fine for a few days it started smoking and I saw a spark. I drove it to me and it was doing normal, a turned off the car when it got back to me and it never turned back on ever since. I still get life from the car because the front wheels still turn but the car want move. Does anybody know what the problem might be and how to get it fixed. If I could how much should I sell it for, i brought it for $120.00 with 2000battery+43.00 for 4200battery. I’ve already when to the hobby store.

well for starters u over powered the car so the wireds are burned inside them krisp to get it working again re-wire the whole think and use the normal battery pack not double power!!
