what new heatsink and fan will fit this computer ?

now atm my computer when im playing a online game like jade dynasty which doesnt need high specs the computer sounds like a airplane ready to take off if i play a game like gta 4 it sounds like it has taken off now i been searching around and i cant seem to find a heatsink and fan that will fit on the motherboard and wont touch the graphics card its quite a small motherboard. If anyone has this motherboard and baught a different heatsinkor if anyone knows of a small but good heatsink please link it i really need to get the temp/noise down of this computer.

That is a pretty hot CPU. I am not sure you want a small heatsink. You need the cooling. You might want to go water cooling like the Corsair HD50. And it will be difficult without knowing what kind of case you have. There could be a heatsink that might fit the mobo but not your case.
You can try UNDERCLOCKING your CPU so it does not get so hot and your fans would not spin up so much.
