Model Airplane Engines Ebay
Please Help me Identify this toy airplane?
I picked this die-cast airplane up at a sale and can’t seem to find any info on it. I have tried looking for one on ebay but cannot find anything. All I can tell you is that it says Indian Motorcycle Co. Springfield Mass. U.S.A. – It also has Aircraft – Engine Div. down the side of it. The underside says; Scale Models Dyersville, Iowa – Made in USA.

You would think that you could just search Indian die cast aircraft or something of that nature but I find nothing. I would like to know when it was made and so forth.
To me it looks like a promo for one of the indian motorcycle company divisions.
There are a quite a few of them–home base is in Boston, MA.
There is a indian motorcycle co museum in springfield MA though–it could be a toy bought from the museum.

Maybe you can contact them and see what year the plane was made and/or sold there.
