Stock Head Unit in Ford Taurus?
I want to replace my stock radio in my 04 ford taurus sel but the climate controls are built in. I’ve looked at the ford dash adapters but it says that it doesn’t fit because of the automatic climate controls. How should I replace the stereo?
They make replacement plates that have the climate controls built in, same as my 96′ Taurus but it is a pain in the butt to do the work yourself so I recommend taking it a shop to have it done professionally. My plate cost me over 100 dollars so it isn’t cheap by any means. Good Luck.
